Electrical & Smart Systems Facility Engineer

At EBRO Factory, we’re growing fast — and so is the complexity of our plant infrastructure. To support this evolution, we are looking for an Electrical & Smart Systems Engineer to join our Facility team, focusing on general plant infrastructure (not manufacturing equipment). This role is key to ensuring the robustness, efficiency, and intelligence of our facilities through electrical projects, automation systems, and smart building technologies.

🔹 What Will You Do?

Supervise and maintain electrical infrastructure across the plant: panels, cable trays, lighting, emergency systems, etc.

Participate in improvement projects (expansions, office moves, facility refurbishments).

Oversee and support the implementation of smart building systems: BMS, KNX, HVAC control, access, and lighting automation.

Manage communication and integration between smart devices and control systems (Modbus, BACnet, gateways, OT networks).

Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams (IT, Engineering, Maintenance).

Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety & energy efficiency standards.

🔹 What Do You Need?

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Building Services, or Industrial Engineering.

3+ years of experience in electrical installations, facility systems, or smart infrastructure.

Knowledge of low voltage systems, building automation, and communication protocols (KNX, Modbus, BACnet, etc.).

Proficiency in CAD tools, technical documentation, and supervision of installations.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
