Logistics & Continuous Improvement Engineer

📢 We are looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization, standardization, and efficiency of logistics and supply chain operations.
This role will play a key part in driving process improvements, supporting operational systems, and enhancing business performance across logistics flows.
What Will You Do?
- Analyze, optimize, and standardize logistics and supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of logistics systems and operational tools.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and workflows.
- Support warehouse, material flow, and transportation process improvements.
- Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies within daily operations.
- Ensure alignment between operational processes and business objectives.
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- More than 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and operational tools.
- Knowledge of: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Process Standardization
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Advanced level of English.
