Senior Logistics Engineer

As part of our growth, we are transforming our Montcada plant into a key Warehouse and Logistics Hub, and we are looking for a Senior Logistics Engineer to lead the design and optimization of logistics processes and layouts. This role combines industrial engineering, logistics design, lean thinking, and hands-on implementation in a dynamic automotive environment.


🔹 Your Mission

You will play a key role in the design and implementation of the logistics setup at our Montcada hub, supporting its transformation into a Warehouse Hub aligned with production.


🔹 What Will You Do?

  • Design and develop warehouse and logistics layouts (storage areas, material flows, routes, etc.) from concept to shopfloor implementation
  • Lead the logistics definition of industrialization projects, ensuring proper flows, processes and material handling from early stages
  • Support the transformation of Montcada into a Warehouse Hub aligned with production needs.
  • Drive the setup of logistics solutions end-to-end, from design to implementation and validation on the shopfloor.
  • Lead Lean Logistics initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and standardization.
  • Define and implement material handling strategies (line feeding, supermarkets, milk run, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support industrialization projects requiring logistics definition (new flows, parts, processes).
  • Define logistics standards and ensure implementation on the shopfloor.
  • Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, space utilization, and logistics performance.


🔹 What Do You Need?

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, or similar).
  • +5 years of experience in logistics engineering or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience in warehouse design, implementation and leading projects end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies applied to logistics (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, etc.).
  • Experience in industrial environments (automotive highly valued).
  • Fluent in Spanish; English is highly valued.
