At EBRO Factory, we are shaping the future of mobility through industrial excellence and operational efficiency.

As part of our growth, we are transforming our Montcada plant into a key Warehouse and Logistics Hub, and we are looking for a Logistics Engineer to lead the definition and optimization of logistics processes and layouts.

This role combines industrial engineering, logistics design, lean thinking, and hands-on implementation in a dynamic automotive environment.


🔹 Your Mission

Define, design, and implement efficient logistics layouts, material flows, and warehouse operations, ensuring optimal use of space, productivity, and scalability aligned with EBRO’s industrial strategy.


🔹 What Will You Do?

• Define and develop warehouse and logistics layouts (flows, storage areas, material routes, etc.).

• Optimize space utilization and material flow within the Montcada facility.

• Support the transformation of Montcada into a Warehouse Hub aligned with production needs.

• Lead Lean Logistics initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and standardization.

• Analyze current operations and identify improvement opportunities (process, layout, flows).

• Define and implement material handling strategies (line feeding, supermarkets, milk run, etc.).

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

• Support industrialization projects requiring logistics definition (new flows, parts, processes).

• Define logistics standards and ensure implementation on the shopfloor.

• Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, space utilization, and logistics performance.


🔹 What Do You Need?

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, or similar).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics engineering or industrial environments.

• Proven experience in layout definition, warehouse design, or material flow optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies applied to logistics (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, etc.).

• Experience in industrial environments (automotive highly valued).

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on approach and ability to work on the shopfloor.

• Fluent in Spanish; English is highly valued.
