Maintenance Analyst Engineer

At EBRO, we’re building the most advanced and connected OEM plant for electric vehicles in Southern Europe. We’re looking for a Maintenance Analyst Engineer to support the technical teams with data-driven strategies, process improvement and reliability analysis across our facilities.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Analyze technical data from equipment and systems to identify failures, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, OEE, availability, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on historical and real-time performance.
• Ensure all technical documentation, manuals, and GMAO records are up to date.
• Work with maintenance teams to plan shutdowns, define spare parts strategies and support critical interventions.
• Support the validation and commissioning of new equipment from a maintenance and reliability perspective.
• Contribute to the implementation of Industry 4.0 tools and IoT sensors for predictive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and legal compliance across all maintenance operations.

🎯 What You Bring

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance engineering or technical analysis in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of production equipment (automation, conveyors, robotics, etc.).
• Familiarity with GMAO systems (SAP PM, Infor, etc.) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Python… is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, analytical and proactive profile with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
