Maintenance Manager - Assembly Line

At EBRO Factory, we are continuing to strengthen our industrial operations and are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities within our Assembly / Trim area.

This role is key to ensuring equipment reliability, production continuity, team coordination, and continuous improvement within one of the plant’s most critical manufacturing areas.


🔹 Your Mission

Lead the maintenance operations of the Assembly area, ensuring maximum equipment availability, fast response to breakdowns, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement of industrial processes and assets.


🔹 What Will You Do?

• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams across the Assembly / Trim area.

• Ensure correct execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.

• Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability and MTTR/MTBF indicators.

• Coordinate interventions on automated systems, conveyors, tooling, PLCs, and production equipment.

• Support production during incidents and critical escalations.

• Analyze breakdowns and implement root cause corrective actions.

• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate external suppliers and technical contractors when required.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams.


🔹 What Do You Need?

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.

• +5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.

• Previous experience leading maintenance teams in automotive or high-volume production plants.

• Strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, conveyors, electrical systems, and industrial troubleshooting.

• Experience managing KPIs, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement.

• Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluent in Spanish; English is highly valued.
