Maintenance Supervisor – Infrastructure

We’re looking for a hands-on and organized Maintenance Section Manager to lead our general infrastructure systems across the plant: compressed air, HVAC, fire safety, ATEX, lighting, and more. A key role to ensure uptime and operational reliability in our factory.

🔹 Your responsibilities

• Lead corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance operations.

• Supervise in-house and external maintenance teams.

• Analyze and resolve breakdowns to reduce MTTR and improve OEE.

• Coordinate interventions on industrial infrastructure and utilities.

• Ensure regulatory compliance: ATEX, ISO, electrical safety, etc.

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Technical Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Maintenance.

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance, including 3+ leading teams.

• Experience with automation, PLCs, and electrical schematics.

• Strong documentation skills and contractor management.

• Spanish and Catalan required; English proficiency a plus.
