Logistics Process Engineer

At EBRO Factory, logistics it’s a strategic pillar of our industrial performance. We are looking for a Logistics Process Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes across inbound, internal, and outbound operations.

This role is key to ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability within a fast-growing automotive plant.

🔹 Your Mission

Design, standardize, and optimize logistics processes to ensure seamless material flow, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the plant.

🔹 What Will You Do?

• Analyze and optimize inbound, warehouse, and line-feeding processes.

• Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations.

• Implement process improvements based on data analysis and KPI monitoring.

• Lead layout and flow optimization projects (dock, warehouse, supermarket areas).

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Material Handling teams.

• Support implementation of SAP / WMS / TMS logistics systems.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Logistics, cost reduction, efficiency gains).

• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable logistics solutions.

🔹 What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or similar.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics process engineering in industrial environments (automotive is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, process mapping, and KPI-driven performance management.

• Experience working with SAP, WMS, or similar logistics systems.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
