Material Planner

At EBRO Factory, we are strengthening our Supply Chain team and looking for a Material Planner to ensure the correct availability of materials for production, balancing stock levels, supplier performance, and production needs.

This role is key to guaranteeing continuity of supply in a fast-paced industrial environment.

🔹 Your Mission

Ensure material availability for production lines by managing supply planning, supplier coordination, and inventory levels in line with production requirements.

🔹 What Will You Do?

• Manage material planning and ensure timely supply to production.

• Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers to secure deliveries and manage shortages.

• Track and manage inbound flows, including delivery schedules and priorities.

• Identify risks in supply and implement mitigation actions.

• Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

• Analyze KPIs (stock, coverage, shortages, supplier performance).

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and supply processes.

🔹 What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.

• 2–4 years of experience in material planning or supply chain roles.

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is highly valued).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
