We are looking for a Transport Logistics Specialist to support the execution of transportation activities across our supply chain, from docks to depots.

If you have experience in freight operations, LSP coordination, and want to make a real impact in a fast-growing automotive project — this opportunity is for you.

🔹 Your Mission

Support and coordinate transport operations across the supply chain, ensuring efficient execution, continuity of supply, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of logistics flows.

🔹 What Will You Do?

• Coordinate transportation flows, managing daily operations and ensuring continuity of supply.
• Lead Dock, Trailer Yard, and Depot operations, ensuring efficiency and operational control.
• Monitor shipments, proactively manage delays, and resolve transportation issues.
• Manage FTL / LTL / Milk-Run flows and coordinate communication with 3PL providers.
• Track and analyze transport KPIs, driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Manufacturing, Logistics Engineering, and IT.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transport flows and operational efficiency.

🔹 What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or similar.
• +2 years of experience in logistics or transport-related roles.
• Solid understanding of SAP TM / TMS and transport-related IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Spanish and English fluency (minimum B2 level required).
